Bikrampur is situated 12 miles south of Dhaka, the modern-day capital of Bangladesh. I went there with my in laws. My mother and father in laws moved to Dhaka from this beautiful village. They still have there old home in Bikrampur. To me the most beautiful part of this village is the Padma river. Padma river is famous for its beauty and for a major trans boundary, known in India as the main distributary of the Ganges (Bengali: গঙ্গা ). The village life are so peaceful and If you ever go to Bangladesh you will remember the hospitality of the bangladeshi people. They are innocents and caring.I should tell you one more thing, if you are a fish lover, don't miss the fresh Hilsa fish from Padma river. You'll love the fried fish, curry fish or fish snack.

Visit Bangladesh and get the real feelings of Bangladeshis.
